The VF-Engineering M3 supercharger for the BMW E90/92/93 S65 engine is a fully upgrade-able water cooled supercharger system. Designed to provide the most consistent charge temperatures under aggressive driving, the VF water intercooler system has a greater propensity to dissipate heat energy out of the air charge than an air intercooler.

VF-Engineering chose to build this kit with the most efficient Vortech unit available – the V3 Si trim. Its super quiet helical cut gears make it super stealthy yet still remind onlookers that there is something different under the hood. The Si trim supercharger delivers a bigger mid range punch than the race “T-trim” yet is capable of supporting over 700hp. The centrifugal supercharger compressor maps ideally match the 8300 rpm revving S65 BMW Motorsport engine.

HEX Tuning is Expertly calibrated and extensively tested to provide noticeably improved throttle response with increased horsepower and torque, all while preserving your OEM like drivability and reliability. Why? - Because we can! HEX Tuning Performance Software can now be easily uploaded without the need to physically remove and open your ECU’s. Users can switch between Stock & Performance software using the HEX Tuning User Programming Tool without the need to revisit their local tuner. The entire process takes only minutes and produces generous POWER gains. Each power level is engineered to provide increased performance across the entire rev range by optimizing ignition timing, boost pressure, cam timing, throttle maps and many other calibration tables within the ECU to provide absolute functional synchronicity.

1. Select and purchase the appropriate power level for your car; on-line or though certified HEX Tuning dealer
2. You will be provided with a HEX Flash Cable and link Windows based HEX Flash Program, Install the program and appropriate drivers on to your computer 
3. Connect the cable to your vehicle and windows computer; use the HEX Flash program to read out your stock ECU file and email it to technical@vf-engineering.com
4. Within 24-48hrs we will send you back a tuned and stock ECU file, use the same HEX Flash program to load the tune on to your car
